[IMPORTANT] RECHARGE TOKENS

Changes related to Recharging Tokens:

Due to failure rates of existing payment gateway provider, we have decided to move to a more reliable but manual way of recharging tokens via UPI.

• Now when going through recharge token page you will see a dynamic UPI QR code generated for the amount that you would like to recharge.
• Doing a UPI payment using that generated QR code on the recharge page, you would be required to enter a numeric Transaction ID which you would see upon successful payment on your UPI app.
• Kindly wait upto 48 hours for the payment to get approved and auto-credit tokens to your account. Kindly do NOT pay manually nor raise any manual support tickets.
• You can track your payment status via the automated support ticket (under support ticket section in the website).
