Account Recovery Process

ACCOUNT RECOVERY PROCESS
* Account recovery process for players who were not able to reset password post server resume due to various factors (like disposable email address etc) is now live
* Players can initiate Account Recovery process by logging to Account Panel using any existing Elatus account and navigate to "Recover Account" option which can be found in "Account Panel" option
* The cost of raising the request is 2000 Elatus tokens which will be debited from the account the ticket is being raised from (Kindly do not raise support ticket separately)

Note: 
1. The process applies only to players who could not recover their accounts post server resume
2. Banned accounts are not eligible for this process
3. This is a request based process and trying to recover an account will cost an upfront fee of 2000 Elatus tokens (Non-refundable under any circumstances)
4. Players would be needed to provide additional and accurate information which can prove their ownership of the account. 
5. Elatus Staffs' decisions are final on this and once request is rejected it cannot be re-appealed unless a new request is issued by the player with correct and accurate information
6. The players would require to place request from a different account. If you do not own another account, kindly create and activate a new account to raise request. 
7. This is a temporary process and will be disabled eventually
8. The process will take a minimum of 7 days upto 21 days (based on the complexity) hence players are requested to be patient
9. Elatus Staff may request for clarifications, additional information which can be the basis for the decision
10. Incase of new email linkage, already linked emails cannot be used.
