Players who have attained 165 level needs to keep their EXP at 0.00% at all times. A 165 level character with negative EXP percentage (e.g. - 0.01%) will take 20% more damage from other players in all PK enabled maps (including Gladiator’s Arena but not PVP Arena ).

Note: Rubal’s curse only applies to PVP and not from Bosses nor characters below 165

NEGATIVE EXP Recovery NPC has been changed from Fredda to Haille in Citadel for quick and faster access.

For Players information, NEGATIVE EXP Recovery NPC (Haille) charges woonz 4 times the negative EXP of the player
